Built-in 4G Cellular Modem - 4 Methods for Internet Access  

• The SIM card slot only takes micro size. SIM with Data Plan is not included in the product package.
• The built-in 4G LTE modem module works with frequency bands supported by most carriers. Frequency Bands Supported are - 2G (GSM 850, GSM900, GSM1900); 3G WCDMA (B1, B2, B4, B5, B8); 4G LTE (B1, B2, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B17, B19, B25, B26, B38, B41);
• Only carriers who support the bands listed above can allow S8 to access the network. Even if the frequency bands in the above list are supported, the operator's communication base station does not cover the places your vehicle stays, and S8 will not be able to access it.

Wi-Fi/USB/Buletooth Tethering - 4 Methods for Internet Access

• S8 allows users to connect to the phone's hotspot via 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi or Bluetooth tethering for internet access.
• Running online maps or streaming music online on an Android car stereo does not need high bandwidth(less than 200kb/s), a Bluetooth tethering connection is capable of dealing with such demands.
• Compared with WiFi connection, Bluetooth tethering has lower power consumption, so the phone battery will last much longer while Bluetooth tethering is enabled;

Built-in 4G Cellular Modem - 4 Methods for Internet Access  

• The SIM card slot only takes micro size. SIM with Data Plan is not included in the product package.
• The built-in 4G LTE modem module works with frequency bands supported by most carriers. Frequency Bands Supported are - 2G (GSM 850, GSM900, GSM1900); 3G WCDMA (B1, B2, B4, B5, B8); 4G LTE (B1, B2, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B17, B19, B25, B26, B38, B41);
• Only carriers who support the bands listed above can allow S8 to access the network. Even if the frequency bands in the above list are supported, the operator's communication base station does not cover the places your vehicle stays, and S8 will not be able to access it.
• You can visit Wikipedia to learn more about LTE bands supported by local carriers. International buyers need to check the frequency band compatibility with their local carriers/operators before placing an order.

Wi-Fi/USB/Buletooth Tethering - 4 Methods for Internet Access

• S8 allows users to connect to the phone's hotspot via 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi or Bluetooth tethering for internet access.
• Running online maps or streaming music online on an Android car stereo does not need high bandwidth(less than 200kb/s), a Bluetooth tethering connection is capable of dealing with such demands.
• Compared with WiFi connection, Bluetooth tethering has lower power consumption, so the phone battery will last much longer while Bluetooth tethering is enabled;
• WiFi connection is easier as it requires only one step - enable your phone's WLAN hotspot, then WiFi connection can be finished within 2-4s; Bluetooth connection requires 2 to 3 steps;
• ATOTO's new USB network tethering lets users share phone data with the S8 via USB, saving or slightly increasing phone battery. You only need to run the specific CarbitLink application in the background.

HD 720P Rearview Video Display with Live Rear-View (LRV) Feature

 

• Traditional car stereos can only take and display 400-600 lines of CVBS rearview video signal. ATOTO S8 AIO works with specific HD cameras (ACEHD02LR, or ACEHD03LR sold separately) to show HD 720P rearview video quality.
• Live RearView (LRV) Feature - Access Rearview even if vehicle in moving ahead. This could remove obstructions of passengers, headrests and the vehicle’s roof and rear pillars, increasing field of view (the lanes behind and traditional blind-spots).
• ACEHD03LR (sold separately) with Vitural Surround View (VSV) Offers a 360-degree view around the vehicle for safer parking.

With the HDMI input port, S8 AlO (GEN2) supports connecting to TV boxes, gamepads, and other HDMI devices with HDMI 1.4 and below.

• Connect to headrest monitors by using ATOTO USB Video Output Adaptors (ACEAHV68: USB to HDMI adaptor; ACEAHV48: USB To RCA adaptor; Both are sold separately), and what is displayed on the S8 screen can be synchronized to headrest monitors. It also supports dual-zoon video out.
• Connect to a specific ATOTO USB TPMS tire pressure monitor system. When one or more tires are under-inflated, it will pop up a prompt warning on the S8 screen, and even emit a prompt tone as a reminder;
• Connect to a rearview camera with CVBS & HD video signal out for safe parking;
• Connect to an OBD II Diagnostic Scanner / Engine Code Reader via Bluetooth; Compared with single Bluetooth, dual Bluetooth makes communication tasks between multiple Bluetooth connections much more balanced and stable.

• The 10.1-inch floating display stands out from its base allowing users to adjust height and view angles (up or down) and doesn't obstruct any vehicle controls like air vents or emergency buttons. Important: Ensure all screws are tightened during the display module installation to avoid problems like screen stripes, freezes, or blurriness.
• As this is a universal car stereo, the additional accessories (not provided in the package) are needed for a seamless installation in your specific vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility to prepare them (if applicable). They may include (but are not limited to) a dash frame kit, a wiring harness, a radio antenna adapter, a data interface, etc. For the best results, we recommend hiring a professional to install your car stereo system. Please be aware that ATOTO does not cover any installation expenses.
